Trampoline parks are the ultimate rainy day activity. Great for burning off some steam, and not just for the kids! But where are the best places to choose? Here are some of my tried and tested in our local area.

Air Jump

Cost: From £6.50 for an Air Tots session, £12.95 for open jump.

The most local on my list, Air Jump Orpington offers several different session types including reduced fee sessions for Home Ed children and those with SEN needs.

This isn’t just for the kids, there are several exercise sessions and what a great way to keep fit!

Gravity UK – Bluewater

Cost: £11 for adults and 13+, £8 for under 13’s.

Gravity has a climbing wall in addition to the trampolines which can be booked separately or as a combined climb and jump experience.

Parent and toddler and SEN sessions available.

Flipout – Lakeside

Cost: £14.65 General Admission for 1 hour

Do check their promotions page as there are lots of offers for this one. Their summer pass for example is £45 pp but runs from July 18th to August 31st and can be used for an hour every day. Use it 4 times in that period and you’ll save.

Jumping Giants – Lakeside

Lakeside is home to another great trampoline park! This one offers over 50,000 square feet of interconnected trampolines, the world’s first 8 lane entry foam zone, a dodgeball court, slam dunk lanes, ‘free’ jump area, fitness programs, party rooms and a café. Well worth a visit!

Oxygen Freejumping at The O2

Cost: From £15 pp for a 60 minute session.

Freejumping has lots of additional zones, including a mega airbag, reaction walls, dodgeball courts and a super squishy foam pit!

Lovely to see their peaceful play Autism friendly sessions and regular jumpers might like to investigate their memberships!

Most trampoline parks insist on grippy socks and some will insist on their own so watch for the additional charge at checkout. You will also have to sign a waiver and arrive early for a safety briefing so do read up before you plan your visit in case you arrive too late.

I’d love to know if you book any of my recommendations, do tag BR6Life in to your social posts!
