With the children back at school and lots to reflect on, I thought I’d share some of my favourite places to enjoy a leisurely brunch and a nice cup of tea.

Some of these lovely local businesses have given us a special offer or prizes for a giveaway!

The Orpington

The Orpington has a fun retro feel with delicious tasty fresh food. It also teams up as a record store too! Private dining room available for a small party for brunch, lunch or dinner.

I am very excited to share an exclusive BR6Life offer with you!

Grounded Social

Grounded Social is situtated in Hayes on Station Approach, a fresh light and airy establishment offering teas, coffees, pastries cakes and light brunch. They have an amazing choice of lattes including their Rose and blue Spirulina! Upstairs is a great space to hire out for events and meetings with its own self contained bar.

Make sure you’re following BR6Life on social as we have coffee and cake for two which Grounded Social have kindly offered as a giveaway for 1 lucky winner!

The Drawing Room – Locksbottom

The Drawing Room is a must visit! This bustling coffee shop serves brunch, AMAZING cakes, sandwiches & soups. My personal favourite is the lemon feather cake, do try it.

All the crockery is mix and match, it’s worth going just to see the teapots!

The Drawing Room have kindly offered one lucky winner a brunch for 2! T&C apply, make sure you’re following BR6Life on social and look out for details coming very soon.

Daisy Grey

Daisy Grey is the ideal place to go with kids and dogs, situated on the edge of Keston Common. It has a fun atmosphere with a naughty corner and lovely, comfy sofas and chairs upstairs for those wanting to chill out and relax with friends or family.

Heathfields

Heathfields is just around the corner from Daisy Grey, so equally good for walks. Mixing traditional with quirky, the decor is fun and fabulous with a great courtyard and the food and cakes are delicious.

Farnborough Cafe

Farnborough cafe is in the heart of Farnborough Village, elegant and comfy, with tasty dishes to choose from, friendly staff and a piano to tinkle on if you are that way inclined!

Eat n Mess

Eat n Mess is more rustic than some of my other recommendations as it’s in the form of a converted container but is superbly and warmly done with inside/outside seating and amazing cakes, bakes and brunches.

Another ideal pitstop for before or after dog walks, in the middle of the countryside with plenty of parking.

I’d love to hear if you try any of my recommendations! Do tag BR6Life in your social posts and let me know what you think.
