Local Networking Events

I’m often asked about recommendations for networking events for local business owners. Here are a selection that I have tried and tested.

Bromley Business Network

Not for Profit

£23.00 to be in the room or £12.50 to join via Zoom

Bromley Business Network meet for breakfast fortnightly on Wednesday mornings in the fabulous Executive Suite at Bromley Football Club in Hayes Lane, BR2 9EF.

Can’t make face-to-face meetings? No problem, you can still join the same meeting online via Zoom – thanks to Bromley FC’s high tech video call set-up – so you’ll never miss out.

With up to 40+ businesspeople attending each meeting, Bromley Business Network, is the place to make new contacts and grow your business. There’s no joining fees, no annual membership fees, and no business is ever locked out. Everyone is welcome.

Doors open at 6.30am for the early birds networking in the room and from 7.00am on Zoom. Meetings close by 9.00am. Enjoy superbly cooked breakfast or continental options, (both if you’re really hungry).

Beckenham Business Association

From free, annual membership £40 (from Feb 2023)

Beckenham Business Association brings together local businesses from across the Bromley borough to connect and collaborate through networking events in Beckenham.

They meet for online and in-person networking every couple of months and organise the annual Beckenham Business Day in November, a one day conference aimed at helping you develop and grow your business.

Membership costs just £40 a year and for that you get discounts on tickets to their events, opportunities to speak at events and share your expertise, and a member listing on their website. You don’t have to be based in Beckenham to join; you simply need to have customers or potential customers there.
